strat-o-matic hockey replays

i am going to attempt an as-played replay of the 1967-68 nhl season. i've attempted this a few times before, but i never actually had the game summaries until now. thus, i would lose interest at some point around thanksgiving. i truly hope to complete the replay this time around!

first up, some world history:
